66 Open in 18 States!

Frost may be on the pumpkin, but Value Place development is sure heating up!  Over the past three years, we've opened 66 extended stay hotels in 18 states, and hundreds more will be popping up in cities near you over the next three years. 

Speaking of openings, so far this fall we celebrated ten grand openings in cities including Trophy Club, TX; Ocala, FL; Montgomery, AL; Springdale, AR (opened on Halloween!); and Colorado Springs, CO.
