As recently reported in the Shreveport
Times, Value Place
just opened the doors of one of its newest properties in Bossier City, LA.The hotel is Value Place's 156th property
nationwide.
In just two weeks, the hotel
was more than 80% full.In this economy,
most other hotels are struggling to maintain a 65% occupancy mark. Why the difference?
As Value Place president and chief operating
officer Philip
Sanford stated in a recent press release, "Guests embrace our concept
because Value Place
provides just the essentials
in an ultra-clean, secure environment, and we offer it at a quality and price
that can't be beat.
Sanford went on to say, "Now more than ever, people are
willing to forego services and fancy amenities in exchange for a lower rate;
however, they are not willing to sacrifice quality. We've figured out the delicate balance
between those forces, and that is why Value
Place continues to grow and see record performance
year after year."

Simpler.Check out the Value Place
