Where Would You Build a Value Place?

Posted by vpfsnews on December 4, 2009 at 2:39 PM

Do you do a lot of traveling?  Do you have a favorite vacation destination, but the cost of lodging makes it nearly impossible to visit as often as you'd like?  Does your work take you away from home for weeks or even months at a time?

Value Place would be a great place for you!  We invite you to check us out.  Guests who have stayed with us often ask when we're going to build a property in the cities to which they frequently travel or would like to visit.

For example, a guest named Johnny just left a comment on this blog that said he wished there were a Value Place in Chicago.  Others have expressed interest in having a Value Place in Omaha, NE/Council Bluffs, IA (now open); Chesapeake, VA(now open); and Milwaukee, WI (currently looking for a franchisee in this area).

If you could stay in a new Value Place property in any U.S. city, where would it be and why?  Leave a comment and let us know.

I wish there was a valueplace in Victorville, Ca. and/or San Bernardino, Ca and/or Bullhead City, Az. Those are the places I frequent for my job and would love to have a nice place to stay while working in those cities.

It's been a while since I've been on the road since I'm not working right now. I've seen a new Value Place popped up down the street from where I live, in Avon, IN. It's the perfect place since the town is growing really fast and business is booming. However, if I were to be on the road again, my wish would be a ValuePlace in every US city. Even when I'm not traveling for work and living at a Value Place for up to a year, I still check into a Value Place where I lived. Why? Because at the time, I had a brand new house already built, but my wife and I were in the middle of a divorce. It was nice to have a "home" to come home to, even if it was a ValuePlace that I had checked-in at. That Value Place offered me a "peace-of-mind" that I couldn't buy, which allowed me to deal with the divorce situation in a peaceful manner. Sometimes, a hotel isn't just a place for on-the-road travel; in this case, it was my new "HOME" (smile). I have been wanting to attend a Cooking School (FCI), in NewYork City, NY. Guess I'll have to look to see if there's a Value Place there so I can sign up for classes at FCI.

Hi Luan!
Thanks for your comment and for choosing Value Place as your "home away from home." There are no Value Places in New York yet, but as we continue our national expansion, keep an eye on the locations page of ValuePlace.com for construction updates. Thanks again! - Value Place

Build in Tucson, Arizona

I would like to see a Value Place in Tucson, Arizona besides it is a very good place to put one. It has many reason and characteristics to have one located there It fits some of the standards for some of your other facilities such as; it is located at the junction of two Interstate highways- I-10 and I-19. Some of the many reasons are: first it has a metropolitan population of 1,000,000 as of July 2008; it is the second largest city in the state of Arizona; home to Arizona State University. “Snowbird’s” visit in the winter time.. Among many local area features are a Titan Missile Silo Museum 20-miles to the south; Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum; miscellaneous movie sets all around the area that might be worthy of tours; The Airplane Graveyard-Bone Yard at Davis Monthan Airforce Base (4,000 aircraft here); Pima Air Museum the third-largest aircraft museum in the United States, Pima Air Museum houses over 250 aircraft, displayed on 80 acres of land; he presence of the US Army Intelligence Center (Fort Huachuca); there are more than 1,200 businesses employing over 50,000 people in the high-tech industries of Southern Arizona; Tourism is a major industry in Tucson, bringing in $2 billion-a-year and over 3.5 million visitors annually due to Tucson's numerous resorts, hotels, and attractions.

I am planing to visit there in the next week or so for several days and wished there was a Value Place there now.

Looking for a place in Tampa - St. Petersburg, FL. Also hoping for a place that will take our dog. It's really hard to travel with a dog when you stay in hotels.

Thanks,

Theron

Hi Theron,
Thanks for your inquiry. We would love to have you as our guest, but unfortunately, we can not accommodate your dog. Value Place has a "no pet" policy. If you are ever traveling without your furry companion, we hope you will consider staying with us. Best regards, Value Place
