I having been staying at a Value Place on University Drive in Huntsville, Alabama since September 09. I am here because I am in the middle of a move. I found out about Value Place on craigslist.com where a great rate was offered. The room is perfect for me, the hotel is clean, it's quiet, I feel very safe and the staff are very friendly. I'm glad I choose Value Place instead of another extended stay hotel. Some of them look kinda scary!
