I am using this site to email to, as your "Contact Us" menu does not seem to work today, regardless of which browser I use. Therefore, please route my concern (below) to your Loveland, CO supervisors...
Through the Value Place website, I have already reserved a Studio Double at your Loveland, CO location.
Although unable to choose NON-smoking through your online booking system, we must confirm (through return email or other correspondence) that our stay will be in a NON-smoking room.
This request is necessitated for medical reasons and is critical to our ability to stay as guests of your Value Place location. Thank you very much.

My favorite Value Place is in Wichita, KS off of Hwy 96. I stayed there for 3 weeks while traveling for work, and the staff was very friendly and professional. The place was super clean, and I liked having the kitchen in my room. Great place!
