Cleaner, Safer, Simpler... and Successful!

Posted by vpfsnews on November 4, 2009 at 2:07 PM

Fancy robes, whirlpool tubs, a state-of-the art fitness center and pool... why pay for things you don't use!?  At Value Place, you only pay for what you want.

As recently reported in Lodging Hospitality and DailyFranchiseNews.com, our budget lodging concept has turned traditional hotel thinking upside down and focuses on nuts and bolts instead of bells and whistles.

This nuts and bolts philosophy combined with our stringent safety and cleanliness standards has enabled Value Place to thrive, while the rest of the hotel industry is struggling through one of its deepest downturns.

At Value Place occupancy is up, tipping 80 percent, and development has continued despite the financial-market meltdown.  In fact, we just opened our 160 property in Midland, TX, last week.  Our open property count should reach 170 by year's end.

Have you ever stayed at a Value Place?  Please leave a comment and let us know what you think about our "nuts and bolts" approach to lodging.

I have stayed in your new Midland venue. The concept is great love the accommodations. However, check in is time consuming and reams of paper. Checkout is only between 9:00am and 11:00am so what happens if you have an early flight, I will have to figure that out, but I will come back. I have already made a reservation for three weeks.

Human Resources,

I would like to refer a great person for employment there. At another chain she's running the front desk and housekeeping. She wants to move back up here cause her mother lives here. Very reliable employee.
If you can use her when your ready to open Avon, Ohio please let me know.
Avon will be a great location for you We start building Casino's here in Cleveland the spring. Housing will be needed.

Kindest Regards,

Jim

Hi Paul,
Thanks for the comment, and we're happy to hear that you've been pleased with that Midland Value Place.

You expressed a question about checkout times. We want to be sure that you are aware that if a Value Place guest pays with a credit card, they may check-out anytime before 11:00, and their deposit will be refunded to their card once the room is checked by the property staff.

The check out times only apply when a guest is paying with cash. Please let us know if you have any questions about that policy.

Thanks again, and we look forward to having you as a guest again soon!
