We stayed at Value Place,the one in Peoria, Arizona.It is my favorite one, clean, safe, and pleasant staff. I really enjoyed the quite neighborhood. There is a security guy on-duty which is nice when you come back late at night. I also liked the fact that there is security doors so not just anyone can come in.The guest assistant was very helpful, very pleasant and always had a warm smile on his face.We would come down to the office and he was always working hard on something. You really need more Guest Assistants like Mr.Sean. We are always telling people to stay at the Value Place Extended Stay in Peoria, Arizona.
