As reported in the Orlando Business Journal, Value Place will soon open its third extended stay property in the Columbus, OH, area at the intersection of I-71 and Dublin-Granville.

The hotel is being built by Value Place's largest franchisee, Orlando-based Liberty Investment Properties Inc. This is Liberty's 24^th Value Place property.
