Myself and another coworker are coming in to work in the springfield area and are needing a nice place to stay. I got a number from a friend of mine that is working there already and it is in gainesville va. I tried to call and all it did was ring and ring.We heard that the hotel has a rate of 249.00 for two beds. We will be there for up to 6 months or longer. Can you help.

I have been waiting for the Columbus, Ohio Northland location to open. Any idea of when that might be? My family is coming into town the week between Christmas and New Years. We would like to stay with you.

I drove by the Gainesville, VA hotel site this morning and noticed the sign outside advertising a rate of $249 per night. Can this be right? I've never seen such a high price within 30 miles of this site. Other hotels in the immediate area are $100 to $150 less than this price. You can charge what you want but this seems out of line with the local area. Government per diem rates for nearby localities are $93 for Manassas and $101 for Warrenton. The maximum rate for all of Virginia averages $220 for those places near to Washington, DC, some 40 miles away. What gives?

Dear R.M. Galecki:
Thanks for your question. The starting price for a room at the Value Place in Gainesville, VA, is $249 per WEEK, not $249 per night. If you're looking for affordable, clean and secure lodging, you won't find a better place than Value Place. Stop in for a tour if you're interested in seeing the property. We'd enjoy showing you around. Thanks again! - Value Place
