I have now been staying at Value Place in Evansville, IN. for 2 weeks, and I couldn't be happier w/ the courtesy of the management and staff. Everyone is very helpful, and ready to help or answer any question at the drop of a hat. The Evansville location is very convenient, quiet, and most important clean. Within 5 minutes of literally hundreds of restaurants, shopping Malls, cinemas, groceries, ect.. I am looking forward to my next (6 weeks) here at least. There is no better value for the money either, other furnished studios or 1 bedroom apts in the area are $850.00 to $1,300.00. Thank You Value Place for a safe place to stay.

I have now been staying at Value Place in Houston, TX Westchase location for over 2 weeks. My husband and I are planning to stay for a month and we are going to extend our stay for a few more weeks. The hotel is very clean and safe, our room is very,very clean. It really exceeded our expectations. The staff and management were very courteous and helpful. Very nice!
The price is a good value as well.
We will definitely stay here again.
