I recently stayed in value place westchase temporarily, and I must point out that I have never seen a hotel so clean and proper. The building seems to be either new or just very well maintained but the lobby gives a good presentation to the building because it seems to be so freshly mopped and shiny every morning that I leave. Also, I would like to add the kind and helpful staff which gave me nothing but great hospitality and comfort. In addition, a very friendly and professional customer service in the front desk. Also having a 24 hour safety guard made me feel very secure knowing that I am safe, and 24 hour service they also provided. Losing my card key twice, (once very late at night) made me think I would have to sleep in my car until the office opens. But luckily, safety attendant Jose seems to always be on the ball whenever needed. I would higly recommend the stay to friends and family members.
Thank you Value Place staff:

Posted by: VPFS NewsGreat Place To Stay, Cleaner Than Clean, Very Reasonable !!! I hate to complain, but I have to let you know that your beds are going to drive many return folks away from your establishments. I so enjoyed my two week beach vacation, but the mattresses on your beds are horrible. I want to stay here again and again, but I would rather sleep on the floor. Your idea of extended stay for us poor folks is a God send, and the only way many of us can vacation. You have so much going for you and I want to stay with you all over the nation. But, the beds gotta go! Thanks, Debbie
Posted by: Debbie Hodges on August 16, 2009 at 1:36 AMThanks for your comments, Debbie. We’re so glad you could stay with us for your vacation. We appreciate your comments on the mattresses. We received a few similar comments from other guests and, as a result, have changed the spec on our mattresses to increase guest comfort and satisfaction. We hope to have you as a guest at a Value Place again in the future. Thanks again for your feedback. It is very important to us!
