weekend, on May 16, the U.S. Department of Defense celebrated Armed Forces Day.In light of this observance, all of us at Value Place want to
thank our military service men and women for supporting and protecting our
great country.
For those
of you who are not familiar with Armed Forces Day, here is a little
history.The observance was established
in 1949 to replace separate Army, Navy, Marine Corps and Air Force Days. The
single-day celebration stemmed from the unification of the Armed Forces under
