Valuable in More Ways Than One

Military.com recently ran this great feature on our strong ties to the Armed Forces. According to Gina McKee, Value Place's vice president of franchise development, "We didn't necessarily seek out individuals with military backgrounds but their shared characteristics and mentalities are exactly what we look for in a Value Place employee. These are people who served their country voluntarily and handle each task they are assigned with the utmost respect and care. This is something that simply cannot be taught and there's definitely something to be said for that."
As you can see, we have military ties at all levels of our organization. For example, see that tall gentleman on the far right of this picture? That's Value Place's founder and chairman Jack DeBoer in the Army in the 1950s! We salute all active duty and military veterans - employee or guest - that are part of the Value Place family.

Posted by: VPFS NewsHas anyone ever stayed at the Value Place on Leeds Ave in North Charleston,SC or any of ther ones near Charleston,SC. My family is coming to town for three weeks and I wanted to put them up at a decent place but I didn't want to pay a ton of money at a bigger hotel. If anyone can help with any comments good or bad it would be a really big help ! Thanks!
