When will your Mentor Ohio location be open? In your locations section it shows that a Cleveland Ohio and Mentor Ohio location were set to open in Fall 2008. Are these open yet? When do you expect them to be open?

Hi Lee. We do have a project in the pipeline for Lafayette, LA, but at the moment it is still too far off to say for sure when that project will open.

When will the Lafayette, LA Value Place open?

When will one of the Houston Texas sites open for reservations?

Hi Joanna, Value Place is growing fast! This summer we will open our 100th property, a milestone that only took us four years to complete. Our first location in Illinois is projected to open this Fall in Champaign. The Chicago area is an important market for Value Place and we have projected construction starting in Carol Stream in May, Hoffman Estates in June and Matteson in July.

I made reservations with your Round Rock, Tx site off IH-35 and we are supposed to check in tomorrow and I have yet to receive a confirmation via email from that location and I have left voicemail and have continued to try to call only to get a non stop ring and never an answer. What does it take for this location to confirm a reservation? I hate that I am flying into Texas tomorrow and don't even know if I have hotel to stay in or not. Help???

I have seen these units around in our travels and are very interested, so I looked them up on the internet.

The site is well laid out and somewhat informative, with one glowing exception! There is not a clarification of the bed size or availability of king beds. This is an important factor in my picking a room.

Hi Bill: Thanks for the question. Value Place is building in the Austin, TX, area. An extended stay hotel will open in Round Rock (1950 N IH-35) by late January. Another Value Place in Austin (11102 N. Hwy 35) will open in late April/early May. We hope you will considering staying with Value Place if you are in the Austin area visiting your relatives.

I was excited today when I read in the Chicago Tribune that Jack and his team were approved to build in Hoffman Estates. Gee it seems like yesterday that the Candlewood there opened :)

They should do well there!I still tell the story of Jack at my own hotel to this day!
