The Value Place network
is rapidly expanding. We are excited to
share with you that over the next nine months, we'll break ground on more than
100 new Value Place
extended stay hotels in cities including Brimfield,
OH, Ft. Walton Beach,
FL, and Evansville,
IN. Nearly 50 extended stay hotels are under
construction right now, and 68 are open in 19 states. Check out the below photo of our Value Place staff at our Gulfport, MS, hotel dedication. If you'll be in Gulfport over the holidays visiting family, consider staying with us.
Unless, of course, you'd rather sleep on Grandma's couch.
I am hearing reports that your hotel will be building outside of the orlando, florida area.
is that true? and when is the anticipated construction date?

Hi Mike. You are correct that Value Place has plans to build outside of the Orlando area in 2008. We'll be in touch via email with more details.
Posted by: J. KrampI was excited today when I read in the Chicago Tribune that Jack and his team were approved to build in Hoffman Estates. Gee it seems like yesterday that the Candlewood there opened :)
They should do well there!I still tell the story of Jack at my own hotel to this day!

Another Value Place in Austin (11102 N. Hwy 35) will open in late April/early May. We hope you will considering staying with Value Place if you are in the Austin area visiting your relatives.

The site is well laid out and somewhat informative, with one glowing exception! There is not a clarification of the bed size or availability of king beds. This is an important factor in my picking a room.

Posted by: Shay StegmaierI made reservations with your Round Rock, Tx site off IH-35 and we are supposed to check in tomorrow and I have yet to receive a confirmation via email from that location and I have left voicemail and have continued to try to call only to get a non stop ring and never an answer. What does it take for this location to confirm a reservation? I hate that I am flying into Texas tomorrow and don't even know if I have hotel to stay in or not. Help???

Thank your for inquiring about our new property located at Craig and Las Vegas Blvd! The property is currently under construction and is projected to open in late October of this year. Reservations will be dependent on the date the property is able to set up the phone systems on site. Due to the stage of construction, the exact date for reservation capability is unknown. Yes, Sarasota is an area where we would eventually like to locate. We are happy to continue to fill a growing need to our guests by offering an extended stay hotel at remarkably affordable rates! Our first location in Illinois is projected to open this Fall in Champaign. The Chicago area is an important market for Value Place and we have projected construction starting in Carol Stream in May, Hoffman Estates in June and Matteson in July.
