I have been trying to reach Guest Relations in Austin/Round Rock at 512-388-7700 but there is never any answer. Is there another way to contact someone about making advanced reservations? Thanks.
Myra, glad to hear you are interested in staying at the Austin/Round Rock hotel. That hotel is still under construction, and that is why you've been unable to reach anyone there. The property will open in late December/early January, and reservations will be accepted then. We look forward to having you as a guest. Happy holidays!
Thank you for your interest in our properties in the Orlando market. Our Clermont property opened at the end of September 2007. It is approximately 30 miles from the Disney Theme Park. There are no on-line pictures of this property, but every Value Place has been newly constructed with the same prototype specification design. Our property designs are consistent, with only minor changes as necessary to meet and often times exceed local city building codes. We hope you will be one of our guests at Value Place soon!
